Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ef77 ("ef77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ef77.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), excluding any non-withdrawable bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit granted to a Player's Account by ef77 subject to wagering requirements and applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ef77 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.

Section 03

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full features of the ef77 Platform, you must register an Account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one Account on the Platform; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice, with any balances subject to review.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register an Account only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ef77 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) opening the Account in your own name for personal use only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ef77 or by any responsible gaming body.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. ef77 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the Player.

Section 04

Account Verification (KYC)

ef77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request and may be required at any other time at ef77's sole discretion.

The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to make deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number).

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ef77 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.
• ef77 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits. Your payment provider's own service charges remain your responsibility.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in your Account dashboard.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable transaction costs.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ef77 reserves the right to impose temporary withdrawal holds on Accounts subject to security review, fraud investigation, or pending KYC completion.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are displayed in the Account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

ef77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, and those specific terms take precedence over this general section in the event of any inconsistency.

• Each bonus offer will clearly state the applicable wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x wagering on the bonus amount) — which must be satisfied before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are issued as Bonus Funds and are tracked separately from Real Money Funds in the Account balance. Bets are generally deducted from Real Money Funds first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• A Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once unless the offer is explicitly designated as a recurring promotion. Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• ef77 reserves the right at any time, with or without notice, to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it but before wagering requirements are met, ef77 will notify the affected Player and provide a reasonable resolution.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Participating in bonuses using low-risk, mathematically balanced betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures (known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus whoring") is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension.

Section 07

Betting & Gaming Rules

The specific rules governing individual sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer games, and other wagering products are published in the relevant product help sections of the Platform. These product-specific rules form part of these Terms and are equally binding. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. ef77 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the part of ef77.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a data feed failure or human input error — ef77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• ef77 accepts bets in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum and maximum bet limits per market are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and Player account tier.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's Account Balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, ef77's records and the relevant official results body shall be determinative. Where official results are unavailable or disputed at the governing body level, ef77 may delay settlement until a final ruling is issued.

Casino & Live Games

• Casino games on the ef77 Platform are powered by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited for fairness.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome of any in-progress round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. ef77 is not responsible for losses attributable to Player-side internet connectivity issues.
• ef77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed from the Platform at any time due to provider contracts, technical requirements, or regulatory considerations.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ef77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register in your name or on your device.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification, including misrepresentation of age.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through gambling transactions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of a game, exploit a casino game mechanic, or unfairly affect odds in a sporting market.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, game glitches, pricing errors, or any other technical vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that has been used for betting activity.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on any event that you have knowledge is subject to manipulation, or participating in any way in the arrangement of a fixed sporting outcome.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the ef77 Platform — including but not limited to the ef77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ef77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without express written consent from ef77.
• Use any ef77 trademark, logo, or brand asset for commercial purposes or in a manner that implies association with or endorsement by ef77.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ef77's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose the infringing party to legal liability.

Section 10

Privacy & Data Protection

ef77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ef77.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

In summary, ef77 collects personal data for the following core purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance.
• Processing financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Delivering customer support and responding to Player enquiries.
• Fulfilling responsible gaming obligations, including age and self-exclusion verification.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated alerts when your active session exceeds a duration you have pre-set.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to betting and casino sections for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications.

ef77 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age and uses commercially reasonable measures to prevent underage access to the Platform. This includes age verification at registration and during the KYC process.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ef77, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or Account content.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond ef77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers.

ef77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ef77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ef77's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Section 13

Termination of Accounts

ef77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Request by a Player under the self-exclusion programme.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the closure of a Player's Account.

Upon closure of an Account, ef77 will process a return of any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Account after deducting any sums owed by the Player to ef77 (including outstanding chargebacks or fraudulent claims), subject to the completion of any pending KYC or investigation procedures. Bonus Funds will not be returned upon Account closure.

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting ef77 customer support. Voluntary closure does not exempt the Player from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the closure date.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

ef77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect a Player's rights or obligations — ef77 will provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered to the Player's Account.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

Section 15

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of online gaming law as commonly applied in international jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ef77, the Player is encouraged to contact ef77's customer support team in the first instance. ef77 commits to investigating all complaints in good faith and providing a written response within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint submitted to [email protected].
